Who am I ?
I'm Bastien Bachelery, Authorised Osteopath in Denmark, originally from the south-east of France, my journey has been shaped by diverse experiences, both athletic and human, that have allowed me to develop deep expertise in health and movement.
As a former elite athlete, I dedicated ten years to volleyball before transitioning into rugby. These sports instilled in me discipline, physical resilience, and performance management while deepening my understanding of recovery and injury prevention.
Alongside my sporting career, I spent four years as a paramedic and firefighter, an experience that brought me face to face with medically demanding emergency situations. This experience gave me a unique understanding of the human body, physical stress and the importance of rapid, effective treatment of injuries.
Driven by my passion for movement and well-being, I undertook an education in health sciences. I earned my Master’s degree in Osteopathy after completing a five-year full-time in a prestigious school in Paris (CEESO) . In addition, I hold a degree in sports science with a specialisation in strength and conditioning coaching.
In my practice, I combine my knowledge and experience to support my patients in achieving their health and performance goals. Whether you are an elite athlete, an amateur looking to enhance your abilities, or someone simply seeking balance in everyday life, my approach is comprehensive and tailored to your needs.
Based in the heart of Frederiksberg at the clinic AAO, I offer personalised care, based on listening and adaptability, to help you regain comfort, mobility and confidence in your body.
