Consultation at Frederiksberg’s clinic
What to expect during a consultation ?
First Consultation (45 minutes)
The initial session is dedicated to a thorough assessment of your condition and a treatment. It includes several key steps:
Detailed history: In-depth discussion to understand your medical history, current symptoms, and expectations.
Assessment and clinical examination: Comprehensive analysis of your posture, movement, and painful areas. This step helps establish a diagnosis and develop a personalised treatment plan.
Initial treatment: Based on your needs, specific manual techniques will be applied during this first session to relieve pain and improve mobility.
Personalised advice: At the end of the session, you will receive recommendations (exercises, stretches, and daily adjustments) to support and enhance your treatment.
Follow-up consultations (45 minutes)
The following consultations are part of an evolving care plan and take place as follows:
Quick Assessment: Review of your progress, along with any new symptoms or needs.
Targeted treatment: Using techniques tailored to your individual needs, whether to relieve persistent pain, prevent recurrences or optimise your physical performance.
Education and prevention: Additional advice and exercises to help you maintain your progress and prevent potential complications.
